Refund & Cancellation Policy

Courses and programs

• You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content or attended more than one live session.
• After this period, or once a significant part of the content has been accessed, fees are non-refundable.

Live sessions and mentorship

• Cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund or a free reschedule.
• Missed sessions without notice are not refundable.
• If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

How to request a refund

Email zentratraderhub@gmail.com with your name, payment date and transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

No refunds for trading results

Refunds are never given on the basis of trading profits or losses. Please read our Disclaimer.
